Customer Service Award 2016 for AFP
On October 5, AFP, the furniture production facility of Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, was recognized as The Customer Service Company Of the Year In The Furniture and Interior Design Category in 2016, reinforcing once again AFP’s commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction.
Further to winning the Customer Service Award in 2015, Julius Berger’s AFP proved to remain Nigeria’s leading and most costumer-oriented furniture company with a consecutive win in 2016.
The Nigerian Customer Service Award was established to honor customer service excellence in Nigeria. Companies are awarded based on different criteria, such as number of nominations, customer feedback, company management related to service delivery as well as by a visit of mystery shoppers for first-hand practical observation.
