Purpose Of Processing Personal Data

As a contractor, the purpose of processing personal data is solely for performance of contracts with Applicants, Vendors and Clients. Ensuring compliance with all data protection requirements as outlined by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) in the Nigeria Data Protection Act of 2023 (NDPA), and with the requirements defined in the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
