Elevating Lagos' hospitality

Introducing the upcoming 9-storey Regency Hotel, an impressive project currently under construction by Julius Berger in Ikeja GRA, Lagos.

Situated on a 12,800 square meter plot, this magnificent hotel will feature 142 well-appointed rooms. Standing tall at 35.6 metres, its striking structure will catch the eyes from afar.

Covering a total floor area of approximately 13,088 square metres, the hotel will offer a spacious and inviting lobby and hallway for visitors. Parking will not be an issue, with 123 car parking spaces provided.

The project took approximately 7,771 cubic metres of concrete, and to ensure the structural integrity and strength of the project required around 1,388 metric tons of reinforcement, requiring an extensive formwork area of approximately 28,695 square meters.

Construction commenced on March 5th, 2021, and now, this marvel is nearing completion.
