A gold standard healthcare facility completed in record time

The scope of the 3-storey well-equipped hospital comprised the provision of all building materials, medical set-up, components, plants, and manpower for the erection and completion of a fully functioning hospital, which include various essential areas, such as reception and waiting areas, radiology equipped with x-ray and CT, MRI, consulting area, cath lab, two theatres, and a five-bed ICU. It also features two executive wards, two VIP wards, a sterile area, several observation rooms, physiotherapy, laboratory, meeting rooms, laundry and kitchen area, staff cafeterias, elevators, healing garden and infrastructure.

The general construction works entailed rock excavation for the basement and foundation, reinforced concrete structures, waterproofing systems, turnkey finishing works, curtain walls, doors and windows, as well as underground drainage and network services installations. Furthermore, the medical gas installation, HVAC installation, all electrical installation (including substations and emergency generators), and extra low voltage installation, (including fire alarm and CCTV) were included. Additionally, external works involved constructing roads, fence and gates.

The building stands on an approximate land area of 8,500m² and has a gross floor area of approximately 5,000m²
